She was consistently in touch with me every step of the way, called to check in to see how I was doing, and was very motherly like (I was selling my deceased father's co-op and it was very emotional). I just wanted to thank you for all you did with regard to the sale of my mother’s coop in Deepdale Gardens. Trying to sell the apartment with me living out of town would have been an impossible task except for the fact that you did such a wonderful job overseeing the cleaning and preparation of the apartment and making sure everything was up to standards so that the new owners were able to accept the property following a perfect walk thru. I had expected that I would need to make several trips back to the apartment readying it, but you did everything and made this such an easy process. Your assistance in pricing this unit was very valuable and the qualifying of the buyer was well done, so that despite the lengthy board approval process, the transaction went though with no issues.
